Insurance

DA Counseling accepts Medicare B for individual and couples counseling services. We accept Traditional Medicare and Medicare Advantage plans (PPO). We also accept some Medicare HMOs; however, you may have a higher percentage of copay. You will need to talk to your individual Medicare provider to find out what your rates may be.

We are Out-of-Network for all other insurance providers. We can provide documentation for you to submit your claims to your insurance provider on your own. We are not responsible for what is not covered by your insurance as an out-of-network provider. You are responsible for all payments at the time of service.

Rates

Bryan Duncan:

Initial Session - $190

Individual/Couples - $150

Group - $40

Susan Duncan:

Initial Session - $170

Individual/Couples - $130

Group - $40

PAYMENTS

All payments are due at the time of service. DA Counseling accepts cash, check, and credit/debit card transactions.

CANCELLATIONS

All no-show appointments will be charged the full session rate. All cancellations must be made 24 hours before your scheduled appointment to not be charged for services.

*Extra work required by clients, that includes phone calls, letter writing, or other provided services that are more than 15 minutes will be charged a full hour of service. This does not include the provision of insurance information.
